First of all, I need to apologize for taking so long with my current commissions. Classes have been so full on lately.. seriously, I have so much to do each week i don't even know where to begin.. just thinking about it gives me this sinking feeling. And this is only the third week into the academic year lol... fuck. But i am adamant on getting commissions done, and it will be done, so rest assured. I've pretty much completed all the charity commissions, just need to do some final editing (which i've been putting off due to other priorities). I'll try to get other commissions completed as soon as i can also.

That aside, I'd like to bring up the Christchurch earthquake appeal again. I talked to some of the guys in my artist circle ([link]), and we decided to make this fund raiser a joint-effort. They, too, are now offering commissions where all proceeds will go towards the Christchurch earthquake appeal.

There are others in my circle who are keen to contribute what they can as well, but they have not yet decided on a format; so i will make updates as they are ready. I'm going to remain open for $3 portrait commissions myself since it's going toward a good cause, but i will be closing off all other formats.

I also want to talk briefly about the Japan earthquake. I'm sure you all know about it already, so i'll spare you the depressing details. Although I want to help by taking on commissions for Japan (as well as Christchurch), i'm in no position to do that as i am up to my neck in work already.

Being relentlessly busy with uni as well as constantly hearing nothing but bad news has left me feeling like utter crap as of late.. but i remain optimistic. Just waiting for some good news to FINALLY arrive.
